Integral Financial Planning is a brokerage that advises company directors and managers on efficient financial planning, focusing on cost and tax. Hugh Lambert, the Principal, started in October 2007 at BOI Private Banking, where he advised High Net Worth clients and earned QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor).

In November 2013, he became a Tied Agent with New Ireland Assurance, winning theNew Ireland Top Advisor Award' and obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.
